Seated Row

The C-Line Seated Row features a forward-set low pivot movement arm for an optimal motion path. The angled triple-grip handles create a wide range of user start positions, with no chest pad adjustments needed. The ratcheting seat allows users to easily set the seat to their desired pull height.

The weight stacks on all C-Line machines are designed for easy reach from a seated position. With a starting weight of 10 lbs (5 kg), each weight plate selected adds 15 lbs (7 kg). Two add-on weights of 5 lbs (2.5 kg) each are positioned at the top of the weight stack, to drop down to provide fine-tuned weight selection in 5 lb increments.
