Advice from Experts

Sometimes visitors have questions not about Precor equipment itself, but about how to use it. For instance, people ask what muscle groups a machine works, or how to exercise to maximize weight loss. Naturally, knowing how to use the machines is as important as knowing all about their specifications, so Precor has enlisted the help of a group of experts to answer these questions. We have a medical doctor, an exercise physiologist/trainer, a physical therapist and a Fitness Instructor certified by the American College of Sports Medicine to help answer even your toughest questions.

Note: These Experts can not give individual medical advice or diagnosis. Their answers are based on general principles and practices of exercise physiology for the average person. Always remember before beginning any fitness program, you should have a complete physical examination by your physician. Consult your physician for the heart rate appropriate for your fitness level. And if ever you feel pain, faint or dizzy, stop exercising immediately.
