I am very pleased with my new TM. It is a great machine. Heavy duty equipment yet easy to use, smooth, and quiet. Perfect for my apartment. I did not find anything wrong with this machine. I would highly recommended to anybody,

Easy to use, easy on my knees

We have the 9.27 and the 5.35 elliptical in our home gym. I like to switch between the two machines to vary my workout. the 9.27 is smooth and easy on my knees. I get a great cardio work out and love to monitor my heart rate. One of the great features is how quiet it is. I have had other noisy treadmills in the past and this is whisper quiet. Great product.

We had the fitness store do the initial set-up. The rest is easy. It is a very sturdy and sound unit and is used daily by two people. One of our main concerns was noise level and we are very pleased with how quiet the machine is. The machine is just the right size for home use and very easy to use and move around.

this machine has been used 15 to 20 hours per week for the past 10 months. very durable, very smooth and quiet. Previouis machine (not a precor) burned up and stopped working after only one month of heavy use.

My only criticism is the on/off switch hidden under the front bottom of the unit. should be up front on top.

Good variety of programs, track, hill climb etc.

The 9.27 is a very solid machine. Moves up or down, speeds up or slows down very smoothly and firmly. Great to do hill or speed intervals. I don't use the pre set programs, but see that there is a good range there. I have had the treadmill for less than a year so shouldn't comment on the durability, but since I have to, and I do have a 1980's vintage Precor rowing machine I have no doubt this machine will last a long time and gave a 5 rating.

My husband and I both used this regularly until we got a dog that needed to be walked everyday. It is very easy to use without programming and it is very easy to program. We both had different programs set. It is heavy duty. Nothing wrong with this machine.
