| Adjustments |
Seat and back pad adjustments feature custom-moulded sleeve-tube inserts inside attractive, oval-shaped steel tubing. Ensures stable, low-friction seat adjustments. Ratcheting seat adjustment with push-to-release lever is colour coded for easy identification. Viewing hold and etched numbers on sleeve tube for accurate positioning of seat and back pad. Hardened plunger and spring-loaded snap-pin assembly position adjustment with easy-grip pull-pin for smooth adjustment. Pull-pin is colour coded for easy identification. Slip-resistant, rubber grip handle assembly with machine alloy end-cap. Push grips are oversized to 39 mm (1.5 inches) in diameter. Pull grips and handlebars are 32 mm (1.25 inches) in diameter. |
| Weight Stack |
Weight plates are 25-mm (1-inch)-thick, machined, cast weight plates in 5-kg (10-lb) and 7-kg (15-lb) sizes, with fitted nylon bushings to ensure smooth travel on guide rods. Top weight plate is machined, cast weight plate designed for a 5-kg (10-lb) starting weight (11 kg/25 lbs on the Leg Press). Precision, lubricated bushings for smooth operation. The magnetic weight-selection pin assures positive locking to plates and is secured to weight stack with a thick, plastic-coated tethering cable. Weight selection pin is colour coded for easy identification. Guide rods are 19-mm (3/4-inch)-diameter steel, polished, with corrosion-resistant plating for smooth operation and rust prevention. Cables are military spec 5-mm cable (Leg Press: 6.3 mm) coated. Customised end fittings tested to 250,000 cycles under a 200-kg (4,440-lb) load. Six machines require no removal of pulleys to route cable. For the other 7 machines, all pulleys are pre-assembled, so removal, routing and replacing the pulleys is easy - no hunting for the right pulleys, pulley cover and pulley-mounting hardware. Low starting weight and full weight range accommodate a wide range of users. Weight stack is easily accessible from the seated position. Full-length, translucent shrouds enclose the back of the weight stack. Front shroud is full length with a 75-mm (3-inch)-wide slot for access to the weight-selection pin. Slotted front shroud meets ASTM and EN0957 safety standards. |

2.75-mm (11-gauge), 50x100-mm (2x4-inch) tubing is bent electro-welded steel. Finish is electrostatically applied, heat-cured powder coat for superior durability. Frame available in Experience Titanium (metallic industry silver). |

Fabric is premium-quality industrial vinyl with a protective coating that results in long-lasting, easy-to-clean upholstery pads and rollers. Fabric meets or exceeds Californian fire regulations (Bulletin 117, section E). Construction features a 4-piece design with a 3/4-inch-thick plywood back, 3/4-inch high-density foam base, 3/4-inch high-density foam core and industrial fabric cover. Total thickness is 65 mm (2.5 inches). |
