For this Workout Wednesday, we’re focusing on using the Adaptive Motion Trainer® with this six-week workout program.
This program is perfect for exercisers looking to stay fit or lose weight. Each week you’ll increase your time limit and change-up your stride type. For this intermediate program, it’s recommended that you perform these workouts three times per week.
If you’re interested in more AMT workout programs or workout programs utilizing ellipticals, treadmills, or our strength equipment, you can find them over on the Precor website.
