Delivery & Assembly

When you purchase from Precor.com, delivery and assembly is provided on most equipment* through our delivery fee. 

What to expect:

1.       We receive your order and assign a Precor Authorized Partner to deliver and assemble your equipment. This happens M-F, so if you order on the weekend, we will receive your order on Monday.

2.       We ship your equipment from Precor to your assigned installer in about 3 business days.

3.       The installer will call you generally within 48 business hours after receiving your equipment from Precor. The installer will set up a date and time to assemble your equipment.

4.       The Installer will arrive with your equipment on the date and time agreed upon by you.

5.       The Installer will remove all packaging debris from your home after assembly of your equipment.

6.       Most assemblies take one to 2 hours, depending upon which equipment you purchased and where the equipment will be assembled. It may take longer for more complicated equipment, such as strength systems and if the equipment has to be disassembled to fit through doorways.

You can expect to have your equipment assembled in your room of choice in about 3 1/2 weeks. However, this can vary depending upon your location, availability for assembly, weather conditions and holidays.

Precor always recommends professional assembly, however we have created video tutorials for more information on how to assemble your Precor Elliptical or Treadmill if you choose to do-it-yourself. Please click on the link that corresponds with your Precor model.

Your Order Status

Once you place your order, you will automatically receive an online account in The Precor Store.  You will be able to log into your account on Precor.com to monitor the status of your order.

As your order moves from submitted to delivered, you will receive automatic email updates from The Precor Store to keep you informed about the status of your equipment.  If you wish to check the status of your order any time, just click the link in the order summary email to log into your Precor Store account.

*All equipment includes Delivery and Assembly, except the following equipment. This equipment will be shipped directly to you for self-assembly and installation:

Register Your Warranty

Once you receive your equipment, be sure to protect your investment. Register your warranty on Precor.com in the Customer Service section.

Precor.com Delivery Fees

When you purchase equipment from Precor.com,  Delivery and Assembly fees will be added.  If you purchase multiple pieces of equipment, the delivery fee will be added for each piece.  Precor.com charges a flat fee.
