Very good; excellent for the price
If a top-of-the-line commercial treadmill costing several thousand is a five-star product, this is a tremendous value! We ran on lots of treadmills before purchasing including Lanice, Sole, True, etc. This was the best feel, value and experience in the $1,500 - $4,000 range.
The only glitch so far was that one Polar heart rate monitor belt was included instead of two. We will see if a new belt is sent.
Feel - My only complaint is that the belt stops too abruptly at the end of the cool down. Otherwise the deck feels great, the incline and speed change smoothly, and their is minimal movement.
Ease of use - it is probably my own fault, because I haven't read the manual, but I didn't intuitively understand how to adjust the time on programs and my profile. This is something that I just seemed to know how to do on gym treadmills.
Durability - It is a new machine, but it seems very sturdy for its weight. I do not anticipate the treadmill running well for at least five years.
Service and installation - we paid for installation. The two guys had it setup quickly, with only one error (an issue with the incline), which was quickly corrected.
