Have had this model for a little over 2 years now. The first month or so I had 3 service calls because the belt would not track and would go to one side. Once that was finally corrected, the stop button started sticking. In August the entire display went out and it was replaced. In November it stopped working all togther. Something with the bearing disintegrating and creating a short of the whole tread mill. Apparent Precor referes to this as the "black dust" problem and it is really prevalent and the dust is caused be the disintegrated parts of the bearing clogging the belt and shorting out the entire treadmill. By the time this happend the LED numbers on the counsel were already going out. Simply a bad piece of equipment. I have had a fair amount of excercise equipment and this is the worst durability wise I have ever seen.

I bought this treadmill for my wife about 8 months ago, it was more than we wanted to spend but she had used one in the past and was stuck on it. I have since started using the treadmill and have been impressed. Great buy

Unfortunately, when you pay 5K for a treadmill, I think it's human nature to say good things about it, but I'll try to be objective...

The 9.33 feels great. It is as good, if not better, than the quality of any gym equipment I've been on--I can't say that about most home treadmills I've tried.

The Precor treadmills are very no-frills. I like that, but they have less gadgets and programs than many others. To me, that's great. I get a car to get me to work. I buy clothes that are comfortable. And my treadmill lets me run when I don't feel like going outside. If you're looking for something to keep you entertained, look elsewhere. If you're looking for a treadmill that runs nicely, feels good, then you're in luck.

If you like harder workouts, I would highly recommend this treadmill. The mechanism is smooth even at high speeds and steep inclines. This is great if you want to do some speed work or hill workouts.

The bottom line for me was that I didn't want a feeling of regret or to worry that I didn't invest enough in a treadmill. I have no regrets, and I am not wanting more. There is a steep price tag, but to me it was worth it.

I wish the installation service had been smoother, but having bought around the holidays, I think the delivery outfit was probably overextended. They could have improved on that.

Overall, a great product. Highly recommended.

I feel that the 9.33 is a quality machine.

I have enjoyed having the 9.33. It has become a important part of my cardiac health. Having a unit of this quality at home makes it easy and convent to exercise.

This is the second Precor product we've owned and are just as pleased as we were with the stationary bike we purchased years ago.

Fantastic product, exceeds all of my expectations.

Great treadmill, feels close to the commercial grade models at the gyms. Some minor issues: the underside of the control panel has a bolt access panel that was squeaking on our unit. We just removed it and added pvc padding between the bar and control panel attachment, squeak gone. The speed buttons could have faster response, it takes a little bit of time to get mph setup on display. We use the treadmill four times a week for 1 hour

Not too easy for self assembly - it took my wife and myself 4 hours.
Solid product. Have lost 12 pounds. Will continue if it doesn't kill me first.
