Lots of mechanical problems/defects when we bought it and had it installed. All is now fixed and we generally enjoy the machine!

We both use it regularly, and have your favorite programs!

Excellent Home Machine

We did a lot of research on different elliptical machines. We have tried many different types at various gyms throughout the years and felt that Life Fitness and Precor were the best ones. We decided to purchase a Life Fitness top of the line machine, got it home and decided to return it and got the EFX 5.33. We love it. It was a lot more money than we wanted to spend at first but we decided in the long run to go with lasting quality and it was worth getting the top of the line best quality home elliptical and felt this one had it all. We are so glad we bought this machine, you will not be disappointed! The only thing we wish it has was a reading for mileage.

High end, just the practical options

After 14 months of 6x weekly use, no mechanical concerns. Two issues:
1. Telemetry is especially important to me, but this machine's receiver became inconsistent. Seller replaced components, too soon to judge the new parts' longevity.
2. Power switch at bottom rear gets harder to reach when exhausted.

High end, but 5.33 options are actually used

Bought in 2010, now 14 months of 6x weekly use. No mechanical problems, still satisfied with the decision.
Concerns: Telemetry receiver failed to detect signal, but problem wasn't consistent. No real diagnosis- replaced at 1yr.
Power switch at bottom rear - hard to reach when exhausted.
