The Master Coach Team at FIBO 2017 has challenged you to beat their times with this high intensity "Q & A" workout. Using Queenax and Assault HIIT cardio, you will perform exercises at 5 stations for time. Keeping good form and stamina, see how quickly you can complete the challenge below:

  • 400 Meters on the Assault AirRunner
  • 10 Metabolic Jumping Pull-Ups
  • 10 Superfunctional Burpees
  • 20 Alternating CrossCore Rows
  • 10 calories on the Assault AirBike 

FIBO Times to Beat: 

  • Women- 4:15
  • Men- 3:35
