Precor Video: AMT Upper Body Strength and Core Training

This final video of our three part AMT core training series is designed for advanced exercisers under the supervision of a fitness professional. Exercisers will challenge their core and upper body strength using the AMT pedals as an unstable platform for upper body pushing and shoulder stability. Exercisers should become proficient in parts one and two of our training series (AMT Core Foundations and Introducing Core Into Your Cardio) prior to integrating this program into their workouts.
