Precor Video: Treadmill HIIT Workout from Cooper Aerobics

Created by Mary Edwards, Fitness Director at the Cooper Fitness Center in Dallas, Texas, the Treadmill HIIT Workout offers an effective and versatile way to incorporate HIIT into your clients’ sessions. Using the Precor treadmill, a medicine ball and body weight exercises, clients will challenge full body movement with two functional exercises and then push anaerobic capacity through high intensity treadmill intervals. This workout pattern can be performed as demonstrated in this training video and associated template, or adapted using other functional movements to compliment the treadmill sprints.
