I think it isn't very user friendly.
I tried to ride one of these bikes at my YMCA. I have yet to find out how to set target heart rate during a preset workout. It wouldn't let me go beyond 99 for my high target and no matter what I set it at for starting heart rate it would tell me a percentage I needed to be at for my heart rate and tkick me back to zero. My target high end is to be at 170 -180. The toggle for resistance in the middle of the console wouldn't change either. This is only during a preset workout. It is hard to understand what it means when it gives you partial conversation.
