Love the machine

We bought the elliptical almost a year ago and couldn't be happier. It's easy and fun to use. We ran on it at least five times a week. The machine is well built and durable, but it does make a squeaky noise at lower elevation levels. I just hope it's not a sign of a coming break down. As a suggestion to the manufacturer, it would be nice to have higher elevation options. Other than that, it's a great piece of equipment.

I'm not going to write a detailed review. I have had the product for a month and am very satisfied. I recommend for anyone wanting a sturdy product that will stand the test of time. I purchased the installation package. Seeing how simple it was to construct, I recommend saving your money and doing it yourself. I would like the computer to have the ability to have firmware updates -- Oh, well.

The axle on the right wheel was too thick and rubbed against the plastic housing making a crunching sound; the local store's floor model has an ad hoc fix of a thinner axle on it, which we noticed after the fact and is unknown to customers. Does not seem to be transparent local marketing. We insisted on a replacement machine, which is operating perfectly--excellent customer service policy by the parent company to force good service.
