Precor Video: Stabilization and Strength Chest Workout
Build core and pushing strength with the Stabilization and Strength Chest Workout. This workout combines five pushing exercises to engage and challenge the chest and core. The exerciser will sit away from the back pad while pushing lighter loads, and then use the back pad to stabilize the spine to perform two heavier strength sets. The workout is performed on the Precor Discovery Series Selectorized Line Converging Chest Press. The machine utilizes a natural converging movement and independent machine arms to provide greater freedom of movement.
