This Metabolic Fit circuit workout incorporates favourite training tools in a HIIT circuit. This workout incorporates all Queenax movement types to facilitate a complete, total body workout.

Equipment Needs

Wall Bar
Battle Rope

Workout Structure

  • 50 minutes total time.
  • Work-to-rest ratio is 1/1 (30 seconds work/30 seconds active recovery).
  • Perform 4 rounds of complete training sequence, allowing 3-5 minutes rest between circuits.

Tips to Boost Intensity

  • Increase speed of movement.
  • Increase range of motion.
  • Change training angle in suspension.
  • Increase resistance on Strong++.
