Take your treadmill training to the next level with a pyramid workout that gradually increases and then reduces your intensity. Challenge your stamina and lower body strength to shed pounds and enhance your fitness.

Training tips:

  • Select the manual programme.
  • For additional security, connect the safety clip to your workout clothes.
  • Monitor your intensity: if you cannot speak a few words while performing this workout, reduce your running speeds until you are able to carry on a broken conversation.

Boost your fitness:

A strong core will help your running form! Add these exercises after your workout to enhance your overall fitness:

  • 2 sets of 15 reverse crunches
  • 2 sets of 30 second planks
  • 2 sets of 30 second glute bridges
