Dear Customers and Partners

The IHRSA convention is one of the most recognized and well-attended fitness events in the world. Precor is fortunate to have been a partner of IHRSA for more than 25 years. We appreciate the value, the learning, and the community that IHRSA brings to our industry.

However, today we have taken the sad decision to withdraw from IHRSA 2020 due to the recent increase in coronavirus related health risks and rapidly growing concerns expressed by our staff, customers, and partners. Also, the Governor of California has recently declared a State of Emergency. During this rapidly evolving situation Precor continues to serve our customers. We are holding local meetings at customer sites and our two U.S. manufacturing locations are fully operational. We just cannot responsibly attend this large IHRSA event.

We will miss seeing you in San Diego this year, particularly as we are excited about 2020. This year, we will surpass more than 1 billion recorded workouts in the Preva® cloud, debut a beautiful 21-piece collection of selectorized strength equipment called Resolute®, introduce the world to the Preva and Sony Advagym partnership which allows us the ability to connect all moving environments, as well as offer you a sneak peek of the newest addition to our cardio family - the Precor Stair Climber.

To that end, we look at this challenge as an opportunity to provide you an alternative experience that delivers the quality, support, and partnership you expect from Precor. Our team is comprised of industry experts in all disciplines who provide top-ranked customer service and support. We are already off and running on the planning of a series of webinars, online product launches, and digital executions that will keep you informed, up-to-date, and excited about all that we have coming to market this year. I invite each of you personally to take part in those events.
