Precor launches new Experience™ Series 700 Line

Woodinville, WA - February 2017. Leading fitness equipment manufacturer and supplier Precor has launched a new addition to its Experience™ Series cardio equipment – the 700 Line.  Bringing together a selection of cardio models combined with the popular Precor consoles, the new line extends the Experience Series of equipment and gives operators versatility of choice across the brand.

The new 700 Line includes treadmills, award-winning Adaptive Motion Trainers® and the EFX® elliptical.  It combines the reliability, performance and efficiency Precor products are recognized for, along with the flexibility to be fitted with any Precor console, enabling operators to ‘mix and match’ to suit their business model while still enabling exercisers to work out on a high quality product.

The 700 Line has been designed with the quality and durability operators expect from Precor and enables facilities both large and small to benefit from a wide-ranging choice of equipment.  Treadmills have a patented Ground Effects® running system  and 4.0 HP AC drive system; the EFX elliptical is the reference design for elliptical crosstrainers going back to 1995 - the product both operators and exercisers love; and the AMT offers a dynamic adaptive stride length with a fixed stride height.  Both the treadmill and EFX elliptical feature an Active Status Light™ that alerts staff when the machine needs attention, making it easier to maintain, decreasing product downtime.

All products can be fitted with either: the P82 – a networkable 15” touch screen console that delivers a premium experience and offers a simple and intuitive user interface for an enhanced workout experience: the P62 – a networkable 13” industrial grade, high definition screen with touch screen controls permanently embedded in its surface enabling an optimum 10.5” media viewing experience; or the P30 – a streamlined LED display console featuring motion controls for quick, easy speed and incline adjustments and mobile charging capability for most smart phones, tablets and MP3 players.

  • Experience Series 700 Line Treadmills – offer patented Ground Effects technology and a 4.0 HP AC drive system - a motor drive system that draws fewer amps, improves internal cooling which in turn increases the reliability of electrical components by four times.
  • Experience Series 700 Line EFX – the EFX is the reference design for elliptical crosstrainers going back to 1995 - an iconic product both operators and members love.  Benefits include a 20 degree fixed ramp with patented elliptical stride path technology and moving handlebars for a total body workout.
  • Experience Series 700 Line AMT - a dynamic adaptive stride length with a fixed stride height provides exercisers of all levels with a wider range of motions during workouts.

Adam Hubbard, Director of Product Management for Precor, comments: “The new line retains proven Precor quality, which is already appreciated by exercisers and operators worldwide – upholding the Precor reputation for manufacturing reliable products.  It has been designed to provide operators with a broader choice of equipment enabling them to choose a console that matches facility requirements, while providing an enhanced fitness offering.”
