Pumped Up Functional Cardio Workouts

This 4-week workout incorporates progressive timed intervals to improve cardiovascular conditioning and movement skill. Each week amplifies workouts with training volume increases and exercise selection! While a few of these movements are unique to Superfunctional™, many can be performed with other suspension fitness products such as TRX® or CrossCore®.

Workout Recommendations

  • Perform each workout 2 times/week, completing 4 rounds of each prescribed work-recovery ratio.
  • Allow at least one day of recovery between workouts.
  • Listen to your body; take extra rest days if you feel fatigued after only one recovery day.

Adam has nearly 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. His areas of expertise include performance training, weight loss, mobility and exercise progressions and regressions. He is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and has advanced certificates including Functional Movement Screen Level 1 and Precision Nutrition Level 1. Adam has a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science from Texas State University.
