Core Foundations is a 5 minute workout sequence that is performed on the pedals of the AMT. The pedals create an unstable training environment that exposes single side imbalances, movement compensations and over-corrections. As an added benefit, the design of the program also isometrically strengthens the muscles of the lower body.
