Cramped for time during the hustle and bustle of this holiday season? Twenty short minutes is all it takes to fit an intense cross training workout into your daily routine.

These five workouts require just a few key pieces of equipment, but are enough to leave your body feeling accomplished. Be sure to perform these exercises with only a little rest time in between moves, and push it hard until the clock says you’ve hit 20 minutes. Proper form is a must; if you’re unsure of how to do a certain move, ask your trainer, or check out the Precor Coaching Center for tips.
