Workout Wednesday: Intermediate AMT® Workout

For this Workout Wednesday, we're focusing on using the Adaptive Motion Trainer® with this six-week workout program. This program is perfect for exercisers looking to stay fit or lose weight. Each week you'll increase your time limit and change-up your stride type. For this intermediate program, it's recommended that you perform these workouts three times per week.
