Precor Video: AMT Superset Active Recovery Workout
Super setting strength with cardio is a great way to maximize workout time and results with your clients. The AMT Superset Active Recovery Workout uses free weights and the AMT to deliver a total body workout. The workout pairs seven free weight exercises with complementary AMT movements. We recommend coaching less experienced clients through one set of each superset, whereas more experienced clients can perform multiple sets of each superset before moving on to the next. Each superset consists of 12 repetitions of a free weight exercise followed by 2 minutes of an active recovery AMT movement.
