Precor Video: AMT Superset Interval Workout
Athletes and exercisers looking to push their fitness will experience a great training challenge with the AMT Superset Interval Workout. This workout pairs free weight exercises with AMT training to deliver a total body workout. Each superset includes 12 repetitions of a strength exercise followed by a one minute AMT interval that targets the same muscles trained during the strength set. Trainers can further modify this workout for clients by incorporating bands or suspension straps depending on the equipment available in the facility.
