Customer Centric Team Growth In addition to Nikki and Amy, Precor’s Customer Experience team has also grown. At a local level, Darren Overing has joined as a Senior Manager to support the UK and EMEA Export Partner businesses. Darren has an engineering background and extensive knowledge of Customer Relationship Management tools. Along with his technical experience, Darren’s customer first approach will ensure Precor’s market leading product quality continues to be matched with unbeatable customer service.

Globally, UK native Daniel Murray has been appointed as Senior Director Global Customer Experience and Support, based out of Precor’s Headquarters in Woodinville, US. A seasoned industry professional, Simon began his fitness career as a PT in the armed forces. He has a wide range of UK/EMEA sales leadership experience spanning 23 years. Based in Nottinghamshire, Simon is ideally located in the heart of the country to lead the Precor UK sales team.

He says: “I was excited by the chance to work with one of world’s leading brands; a product of this quality was too big to say no to – it’s an awesome opportunity! We are directly responsible for our own destiny and are super clear on what we are trying to achieve and how. Thanks to further appointments, Precor now has an all-new global executive team. Dustin Grosz has more than 30 years of experience in the industry and brings a deep knowledge of fitness and wellness alongside a proven track record of leading companies through transformational growth.

Frank O’Rourke joined Precor to lead company engagement with customers and grow Precor’s sales and distribution relationships across multiple geographies. He brings three decades of industry experience from senior leadership and sales management positions at Core Health & Fitness and Nautilus, Inc.

Kelsey Hennessy, an experienced HR professional, joins as Global Head of Human Resources while Mitchell Pavao has been appointed Vice President of Global Technology. Hennessy, most recently a Senior People Business Partner with Peloton, will support Precor by establishing best people practices during this period of growth and transformation. Pavao has contributed expertise to the Precor team for the past two years in his role as Senior Director, M&A Technology at Peloton. He has previously held Head of Technology positions at Myspace, SpinMedia and Leaf Group.

Jon Sullivan joins the team as Chief Financial Officer, having worked for eight years at Amazon, supporting Amazon Web Services and the Prime Video business. Dave Mendenall joins as Senior Vice President of Global Operations and Supply Chain, coming to Precor with more than 20 years’ experience in the fitness and technology industries.

Frank O’Rourke joins Precor’s leadership team as Senior Vice President of Global Sales

NEW YORK, 14 February – Peloton (NASDAQ: PTON), the leading connected fitness platform, announced today its Board of Directors (“Board”) has appointed Dustin Grosz as Chief Executive Officer of Precor, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Peloton, effective immediately. Grosz has served as Interim Chief Executive Officer since December 12, 2022. Grosz brings more than 30 years of experience in the fitness industry. He will report to Dion Camp Sanders, Chief Emerging Business Officer of Peloton.

Grosz previously served as president and COO of Core Health & Fitness where he led the restructuring of a $180 million business. From 2011 to 2019, Grosz also served as president and COO of Star Trac. Prior, he was president and CEO of StairMaster where he transformed an underperforming product line in the first year of management. He has also held several positions at Nautilus Inc.

Frank O’Rourke has also joined Precor as senior vice president of global sales. Based in the United States, O’Rourke will report directly to Grosz and will oversee Precor’s global sales and go-to-market strategy to transform and grow the company’s sales and distribution relationships across multiple geographies. O’Rourke brings more than 30 years of experience in the fitness industry and has held several senior leadership and sales management positions at Core Health & Fitness and Nautilus, Inc.
