PENDULUM KICKBACK
The Selectorised Pendulum Kickback provides a stable, guided alternative to the traditional cable kickback, isolating movement at the hip joint for more focused glute activation. Its controlled motion path and integrated weight stack deliver smooth, consistent resistance, while intentional adjustment points make setup accessible for a wide range of exercisers.
- The pendulum path of motion allows for a large range of hip movement, targeting the glutes by isolating the movement to the hip joint, maximising flexion and extension.
- Designed to replicate the popular cable kick back exercise, the kneeling starting posture provides a secure base for the exerciser.
- The pendulum bar easily adjusts allowing exercisers to get the right fit for every exerciser.
