The Vitality Flat Bench is designed to optimise exerciser support, while also allowing for free range of movement for a variety of weight bearing exercises.
- Replaceable wear guards on the rear stabiliser leg help protect the frame and provide a non-slip surface for spotters.
- The pad design enhances exerciser stability while allowing for an unencumbered range of motion.
- The ergonomic bench height design helps exercisers stabilise the lower back, increasing core support and providing greater comfort during lifts.
