FLAT INCLINE DECLINE BENCH
A 90-degree seat back adjustment and 20-degree seat angle range accommodate a variety of free weight exercises.
- With a back pad adjustable across a ninety-degree range from decline to incline and a seat pad adjustable up to twenty degrees, the FID Bench positions users comfortably for shoulder presses, incline presses and many other lifting exercises.
- We put our emphasis on ensuring that the features exercisers value the most deliver long-lasting functionality. The pop-pin adjustments and pivots move easily so the FID Bench can be re-positioned repeatedly and without strain.
- The Vitality Series FID Bench pairs perfectly with Vitality Series dumbbell or kettlebell storage for weight training and can be combined with the Precor FTS Glide functional training system to expand training variety.
