Over half of the Vitality Strength products offer dual exercise options – combining two motion paths into one product. Duals are specifically crafted for compact spaces, and share the small footprint and sleek, low profile of the rest of the line.

Shoulder pads, lumbar pads, seat pads, and footrests ensure comfort and stability while exercisers travel through the full range of motion.

With a simple pull of the lever, the integrated 5-lb add-on weight is activated, allowing more flexibility for the exerciser.
