Stable, controlled glute training with a setup that supports proper positioning and consistent performance.
- An angled footplate supports natural hip mechanics to improve glute contraction while reducing lower-back involvement and keeping tension focused on the glutes throughout the movement.
- The shoulder pads and an oversized back pad easily adjust allowing exercisers to get the right fit for their body, provide stability, and improve exerciser technique.
- A seat belt-style strap helps keep the exerciser securely in position throughout the movement, while the side-positioned weight stack allows for quick resistance changes without leaving the exercise position.
